  • Ensuring interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of productive operations.
  • Monitoring project delivery timelines, check work quality against company requirements .and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with Project Manager for updates on delivery timelines.
  • Compiling, record and report project performance and progress to management.
  • Participating in project meetings to provide updates and status of document submitting.
  • Providing timely information and support to suppliers, contractors and Project Team.
  •  Reviewing inspection reports for potential problems and further actions.
  • Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform Project Manager of potential delays.
  •  Developing and implementing future material management and logistics control plans and procedures.
  • Performing all admin activities & managing the Charter and chopper flight Booking, performing all HLO duties.
  • Ensuring safe, efficient and continuous activities within operational, production and administrative requirements by liaising with Operations, Maintenance, Jetty Dispatcher and Onshore Production Support Services for timely expediting of important and critical materials.
  • Issuing authority within the area of responsibility for General Work Permits after ensuring all operations comply with current safety standards.
  • Ensuring all Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM), Radiographic Isotopes and Explosive Materials are shipped fulfilling all safety requisites by ensuring necessary approvals, sufficient vessel deck space and attaching relevant documents.
  • Reviewing the daily offshore plan and requirements and ensure the material sourced is checked and available.
  • Ensuring all Safety Critical items/units are certified and readily available for daily use.
  • Inspecting all received items against documentation, communicate with each user group for clearance and provide reports audit trail.
  • Ensuring all Cargo Carrying Appliances (CCU) are returned and certified in a timely manner by effectively communicating / coordinating with concerned work groups.
  • Ensuring all Goods Returns are accompanied by the Return Request with Appropriate Workshop Corrective Maintenance (WCM) in a timely manner by coordinating with Inventory, Stock Value, and Preventative Maintenance (PM) Order schedules.
  • Receive, issue, replenish and maintain satellite warehouse critical spares stock in an auditable manner.
  • Conducting in-house audit and assist audit personnel.
  • Coordinating with Normally Unmanned Installation platforms/facility operators for offloading cargo on priority basis.
  • Arranging/maintain portable water stock and arrange bunker requirements via Supply Vessel and liaise with Admin/Logistics Supervisor for Supply Vessel cargo loading.
  • Communicating and coordinate with vessel captains/crew, platform/crane operators to properly handle / offload cargo;
  • Sorting the offloaded cargoes, materials and communicate with each work group/department for clearance.
  • Maintaining the Database of available tools.
  • Attending Emergency Control Centre as Radio Operator when required;
  • Understanding and have detailed knowledge of the company's Emergency Response Procedures and establishing and maintaining effective. communications during emergencies and following up the Action Plan Guide.
  • Planning, coordinating and optimizing the utilization of the logistics service providers, including all air and marine assets.
  • Dispatching the helicopter for personnel and/or material moves between the field locations.
  • Responsible for monitoring/logging all helicopter flight movements.
  • Liaising with helicopter pilots and vessel masters to deliver routing instructions; material and passenger manifests; discussion of loading restrictions and refueling requirements. Hot and cold refueling experience.
  • Being  HLO for all activities on the helideck and loading of baggage and freight.
  • Planning and dispatching crew boats efficiently to minimize delays in having men and material at the location when needed.
  • Responsible for coordination of field moves, dropping-off and picking-up personnel out in the field.
  • Booking, coordinating and controlling all passengers and materials movement throughout the complex, remote wellhead platforms and between the fields and rigs.
  • Responsible for manning the Radio Room, establishing effective communications with all relevant parties, monitoring and coordinating helicopter and marine movements and establishing and maintaining clear communications during emergencies;
    Updating stock lists for material in warehouse for all locations.
  • Checking and Logging all expense forms, flight time table and fuel charts and advice personnel of any discrepancies out with company policy.
  • Monitoring chopper handling such as preparing the chopper flight manifest and flight route.
  • Customs clearance & transferring the cargoes to/from jetty & warehouse.
    Supervising the loading / discharging the goods.

Supervising all Aviation & Marine activities and controlling the Meteorological data to manage a safe operation in advance. HSE procedures and Risk Assessments.
Following up all crane operations & the rigger to ensure safe lifting operations.
