As a Learning and Development Partner you will see the full cycle of L&D from consulting with the business to identify development needs aligned to the business strategy; building solutions both in-house and with partners to meet those needs and you'll also be hands on within the delivery side.
It is going to be a broad remit, with an diverse and interesting business groups, working closely with the HR Director to play a key role in driving the success of the People Strategy in what is a fast paced, high performing, diverse and inclusive culture.
You will need to be an experienced learning and development business partner, specialist or advisor who can bring strong relationship building skills, the ability to consult and add value with business leaders and managers through a mix of strategic thinking and learning needs analysis, learning solutions creation and the pragmatic commercial ability to land those solutions.
You'll still enjoy the hands on element of getting involved in the delivery side, balancing that with the consultative and design side of the role.
