- Manage contracts, including identification of requirements, estimation of budgets, and procurement methods
- Provide technical assistance to programme specialists and project officers on contractual aspects of programmes/projects
- Review procurement notices, advertisements, and distribution of invitations to bid or requests for proposals
- Participate in evaluation teams, analyze and evaluate vendors' offers/proposals
- Masters degree in public procurement, business administration, finance, law, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in procurement, preferably 2 years at an international level
- Demonstrated experience in procurement of complex services, construction, and engineering services
