Job Description

• Support all procurement and procurement processes for AQBE partners (INGO and NGO);
• Support AQBE partners with training and capacity development needed to undertake all required AQBE procurement and logistics in a standardized, transparent and Value-for-Money driven fashion;
• Support warehousing, fleet, logistics and procurement functions for all AQBE PMU project deliverables;
• Support proper standardization and compliance of all bulk- AQBE procurement across project partners
• Any other duties related to the job assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of logistics, supply chain support experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, masters degree is preferable in operations, logistics, supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills in Pashto, Dari
• Wiling to travel and conduct field visits regularly.
