- Carry out survey on Access to Information
Review all the data gathering tools before the starting of the survey to ensure the appropriate understanding of the tools and questionnaires. - Enlist the survey mistake and record the results of the survey, including location, demographic information and report to h/her supervisors
Identify the households for the survey target.
Make sure that the survey is accomplished in consideration of the timeline. - Submit all the activities within the defined timeframe.
- Complete data gathering from the sample areas.
- Provide constant field notes and reports on a daily basis.
- Prepare a timeline and provide regular updates on the project progress and challenges.
- Fluency in written and verbal English, Pashto and/or Dari.
- Bachelor degree in public administration, law or other related social science fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in data collection and surveys.
- Experience in or knowledge of research methodology
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and team functioning.
- Outstanding computer skills, with good knowledge of applying computer-based data collection
- Knowledge of CAPI in smartphone applications.

About the research project
Integrity Watch Afghanistan is performing a survey on Access to Information and wants to capture the public perception on the provision of information services by public institutions. The aim of the project is to explore people's experience of ATI law and whether they have access to the information from public institutions Moreover, the surveyor has the entire responsibility for the data gathering in the targeted provinces. The incumbents will be mainly responsible to collect field data on Access to Information from different provinces and report to h/her manager.
