- Ensure not to let in a stranger without permission from a supervisor.
- Always ID Check visitors and determine the purpose of their visit.
- Do not let in suspicious packages without a supervisor's permission.
- Escort expatriates if needed or if there are two or more guards in the compound.
- Not to leave your workplace without having been properly substituted by your replacement or granted permission by your supervisor.
- Always brief your replacement about events on your shift and fill out your guard report.
- Do not always walk around/at the same time and at the same area.
- Ensure to find your supervisor at night so you can share with them anything abnormal.
- Do not allow vehicle parking in front of the office. If you cannot identify the driver, find him. If you cannot find him, let your supervisor know.
- If you see an explosive device or suspected object do not touch it, move at least 100 meters away behind solid cover, and alert security forces.
- Delivery trucks may not get into the compound without permission from the regional head.
- The door and gate must be locked at all times. Never leave the door open and unattended.
- Patrol the surrounding of the house and yard at least once during a one-hour period at changing intervals.
- Keep track of what is happening outside. One guard must stay awake at all times.
- Sleep during working hours is highly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of your employment.
- In emergencies, always call for help either using the mobile phone, shout, and seek help from adjacent houses, alert people inside the house and inform your supervisor to call the police and office guards.
Turn On and Turn Off a generator on a proper schedule prepared by the office. - A Baccalaureate degree from a professional institute or a High School certificate would be a plus.
- At least two years of relevant experience with a famous organization at national levels in the security-related field, experience in reporting the emergency alert situations, self-confidence, quick reaction activities, fire management is desirable.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work long hours when needed.
- Be able to work at night shift when required.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience
- Language Requirement
- Dari, and Pashto speaking and writing ability at the intermediate level.
